Pain aux raisins are your favourite french breakfast pastry. Also know as “escargot” in the South of France each pastry is made using our croissant dough which is layered with Creme Patisserie and plump raisins that have been steeped in a blend of orange juice, orange zest and cinnamon and then drizzled with an orange infused icing.
