Barn Sandwich Loaf

Our barn Sandwich Loaf is made with 90% organic white flour and 10% organic wholemeal flour.  Baked with a touch of honey and rolled in sesame seeds this loaf makes the perfect sandwich. Each loaf is hand crafted, shaped and left to ferment for at least 24 hours before being baked in our Rackmaster 2020 bread oven.  This gives our barn loaves its characteristic texture and flavour.  Perfect toasted with lashings of butter.
